Content published by schools

Each school has a space and a public page whose content it alone chooses: name, presentation, photo, classes, prices, teaching materials. This content is published under the responsibility of the school concerned. Any request about it — correction, removal, report — can be addressed to the school directly, or to the publisher, who will pass it on.

Intellectual property

The Thempo name, its visual identity and the software that runs the service belong to the publisher. Content uploaded by a school or its students — text, photos, videos — remains the property of its authors; the publisher only uses it to run the service.

Liability

The service is provided without any availability guarantee. The publisher strives to keep it accessible and up to date, without being able to commit to service continuity. Online payments are operated by Stripe on behalf of each school: the publisher collects no money and takes no commission.
